The goal of Bethany Lutheran Home's rehabilitation department is to return each resident to his or her highest level of function through personalized programs that are focused to achieve goals.

Our staff of rehabilitation specialists includes Occupational, Physical and Speech therapists that are trained for acute care (one to two weeks) as well as long term care. Bethany Lutheran Home is also certified by the state to provide outpatient therapy to those in the community that require some continued treatment following hospitalization.

The therapists are employees of Bethany Lutheran Home, therefore offering consistency of the staff each day. The therapists have many years of experience in dealing with Medicare. We will assist you in answering questions and help to maximize the benefits that Medicare can provide during your stay at Bethany. When intensive therapy is no longer necessary for a resident, our Restorative Nursing Staff may continue to provide therapy to maintain a resident's current level of functioning.

These programs are individually developed by the skilled therapy staff and monitored on a routine basis with updates provided as appropriate. Helping you from admit to discharge to outpatient treatment, let our rehabilitation specialists assist you every step of the way.
